After receiving the application, the certification body carefully reviews it to: Verify the accuracy of the submitted information. Confirm that the organization's activities are compatible with the selected ISO standard. Determine the required audit duration. Assign auditors with expertise in the relevant industry. No further steps can begin until: ✔ All required information has been provided. ✔ The application has been formally accepted. If any issues are identified, the certification body may: Request additional documents. Ask for further clarification. Reject the application while providing the reasons for the decision. Your application should be technically review-ready, not simply a collection of documents. بعد استلام الطلب، تبدأ جهة المنح في مراجعته بشكل تفصيلي بهدف: التحقق من صحة البيانات المقدمة التأكد من توافق النشاط مع المواصفة المطلوبة تحديد عدد أيام التدقيق بدقة اختيار مدققين متخصصين في نفس المجال لا يمكن الانتقال لأي مرحلة تالية قبل: ✔ اكتمال البيانات ✔ واعتماد الطلب رسميًا في حالة وجود مشاكل: يتم طلب مستندات إضافية أو توضيحات تفصيلية أو رفض الطلب مع ذكر الأسباب ملفك يجب أن يكون “قابل للمراجعة الفنية”… وليس مجرد مستندات مُجمعة. هل وثائقكم جاهزة للفحص؟ هذه المراجعة تضمن انتقالًا سلسًا للمراحل التالية.
